SelectHealth's Individual plans offer coverage options to people who are self-employed, don't have
work benefits, college students, and those looking for a better coverage solution.

Selecthealth offers a standard HMO/Plus products as well as High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
which is designed to be used with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Both plan designs are offered  
with  three provider networks, Value, Med+, and Care+.  Individual plus plans offer a point-of-service
or 'plus' feature. This means you can choose both participating and nonparticipating providers.

Select:Value Network includes   19 hospitals, 1,100+ participating physicians, and services Davis,
Salt Lake, Weber, and parts of Utah counties.


Select:med+ Network includes 28 hospitals, 3000+ participating physicians, point of service option,
and includes the following counties.
Beaver, Cache, Davis, Duchesne, Iron, Juab, Millard, Morgan, Salt Lake, Sanpete, Sevier, Summit,
Utah, Wasatch, Washington, Weber, and parts of Box Elder, Garfield, Piute, Tooele, Uintah, and
Wayne


Select:care+ includes 34 hospitals, 3,700+ physicians, Point of service option, and includes the
following counties.
Beaver, Cache, Davis, Duchesne, Iron, Juab, Kane, Millard, Morgan, Piute, Rich, Salt Lake, Sanpete,
Sevier, Summit, Uintah, Utah, Wasatch, Washington, Wayne, Weber, and parts of Box Elder and
Tooele
